Lynn E. Colby, Broker serves as a Commercial Consultant to Real Estate Consultants of Illinois, LLC. Beginning her career in commercial real estate in 1978, Lynn has worked for the director of property management and leasing for Paramount Group’s commercial and industrial office buildings. In 1981, Lynn was promoted to assistant manager of 150 N. Wacker Drive, Chicago where she assisted in management and leasing for 2 ½ years. In 1984, Lynn became the property manager at Roosevelt Glen Corporate Center in Glen Ellyn, where she was responsible for the management, leasing and marketing of an 8 building - 250,000 square foot complex. In addition, warehouse space and tech space were added to her portfolio.
Lynn has been an active member of BOMA. She served on the BOMA board for 14 years as a board member, secretary treasurer, vice president, president for 4 years and immediate past president. She was also Secretary of the BOMA International North Central Region and 2003 BOMA International Awards Chairman, which hosts the prestigious office building of the year award (TOBY award).
Lynn is active in the Glen Ellyn Chamber and served on the board for 5 years and Chamber President in 2002. In 2006, Lynn was the recipient of Glen Ellyn Chamber's Life Time Achievement Award and College of DuPage's Outstanding Advisory Board member.
